About Us
Farming, Reimagined
Scalable, urban, and entirely sustainable. We offer the global standard in vertical farming solutions for every space, from the domestic kitchen to the commercial farm.
MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER
To our growing community,
In forming Morganic®, I didn’t just set out to build another technology company. I was driven by a simple, urgent question: How can we make sure that fresh, nutritious food is a guarantee for everyone, regardless of where they live or how much space they have?
I saw a global food system fast becoming increasingly fragile—long supply chains, rising costs, and a growing disconnect between people and the food they eat. I knew there had to be a better way. I believed that if I could bring the power of advanced aeroponic farming out of the industrial lab and into the hands of real people—from families in their kitchens to farmers in their fields—we could spark a revolution in local growing, and I believe that Morganic® will be the first company in the world that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you are a home cook looking for the freshest herbs, a hotelier wanting to serve "zero-mile" salads, or a commercial grower scaling for the future, the technology we offer, is built for you. But, having said that, it is more than just the hardware. It’s about the relationships we build. Every breakthrough we make will be customer-led, shaped by the feedback of our customers, and our global network of distributors and licensees.
We aren’t just selling a system; we are growing a community dedicated to protecting our planet’s resources while nourishing its people. Our vision for Ireland and the world is bold: to make sustainable urban farming the standard, not the exception. We invite you to join us in reshaping the future of food—one harvest at a time.

Directors

Keith Gardner
Founder & Chairman
Keith is a widely renowned entrepreneur and visionary with a career spanning more than five decades across multiple industries and international markets. He first rose to prominence in the 1970s as one of the UK's largest and most influential petrol retailers, pioneering 24-hour opening, self-service, and the introduction of multifaceted forecourt retailing.
Building on that success, Keith expanded into car dealerships and pioneered video clubs. He later moved to the United States, invested in a Florida resort, and created a large-scale B2C direct sales company specialising in Home Energy Management Systems, which later floated on the New York Stock Exchange.
Returning to the UK, Keith acquired his own football club, launched a franchised Health & Weight Loss business across the UK and mainland Europe, and founded ventures in Wills & Trusts as well as a chain of Medi-Spas, Clinics, and Photoshoot Studios. In 2014, he relocated to the South of France to focus on property fractional ownership, before returning to the UK in 2018 to launch The Menopause Academy.
In 2021, alongside his son James, he co-founded Halcyon Health & Social Care, which rapidly became one of the UK's fastest-growing specialist staffing and recruitment agencies. Most recently, Keith served as CEO of Growspec Ltd in 2025 and is now launching Morganic® Agritech Solutions in Dublin alongside Morganic® Innovations, expanding across Europe, Africa, and the United States.

James Gardner
Managing Director
James is an entrepreneurial leader dedicated to disrupting outdated industries through transparency, operational excellence, and a steadfast people-first philosophy. With a background rooted in healthcare recruitment, he has spent over a decade building organisations that solve complex human problems.
As co-founder and Group CEO of Halcyon Health and Social Care, he led the team to become one of the UK's fastest-growing staffing agencies in its sector. As Managing Director of Morganic®, James is now applying that same disruptive energy to food security and agritech, leveraging precision aeroponics to shorten the supply chain to zero feet and enable kitchens, educational institutions, and research facilities to grow nutrient-dense, pesticide-free food at the point of consumption.
He is also focused on scaling compact units globally through Amazon, Wayfair, Morganic's Shopify platform, and an international network of licensees and distributors.

Fergus Lowndes
Director
Fergus brings decades of invaluable experience to Morganic Agritech, having worked primarily in environmental improvement and sustainable living since leaving his role as a senior Technician with Eircom in 1985. Since then, he has pursued a passionate commitment to sustainable and renewable energy solutions and practical technology improvements for better living.
Fergus has worked closely with companies in Holland, Norway, Germany, and the UK, and now relishes the opportunity to contribute directly in his native country. He sees this opportunity as surpassing all that has come before, given the scale of climate damage and the urgent need for more sustainable urban agriculture.
Fergus believes society must become more creative and less wasteful of energy and resources, especially water, to preserve quality of life for future generations.
